Intervention packages are tailored to the level of risk and complexity

Each situation is assessed based on level of risk, complexity, and required intensity of support. Following consultation and assessment, a tailored intervention plan is developed to match the needs of the environment and the individual.

Level 1: Stabilization Response

Rapid intervention focused on immediate safety risks within the home.

This level addresses urgent hazards such as blocked exits, fire risks, fall risks, and unsafe access to essential areas. The goal is to quickly stabilize the environment and reduce immediate danger.

Best suited for urgent or time-sensitive situations requiring immediate response.

Level 2: Structured Intervention

Ongoing, guided support for moderate to high-risk environments.

This level focuses on systematic reduction of clutter, restoring functional living spaces, and supporting real-time decision-making. Intervention is hands-on and paced to support engagement and progress.

Best suited for unstable but responsive situations requiring structured support.

Level 3: Complex Case Intervention

Intensive intervention for long-standing and highly complex hoarding situations.

This level integrates environmental intervention with clinical support to address deep-rooted behavioural patterns, chronic accumulation, and multiple environmental barriers. It may involve extended engagement and coordination with external supports.

Best suited for high-intensity, multi-layered cases requiring sustained intervention.

All services are confirmed following consultation and assessment to ensure the appropriate level of intervention is provided. Each plan is tailored to the specific risks, needs, and goals of the situation.
